His leadership background includes senior roles at Caterpillar, where he led advanced manufacturing strategy and execution, and a long track record of success in the automotive and heavy equipment sectors. Known for blending deep operational insight with structured decision frameworks, Haydn equips teams to unlock clarity, alignment, and measurable improvement.
He is currently pursuing PhD research in supply chain resilience and disruption recovery, and is an active contributor to global industry initiatives focused on competitiveness, innovation, and sustainable transformation.
